Arsta Bridge Application – The new bridge will span Stockholm’s Arstaviken Bay, with a length of 833 meters / 2732 feet. The bridge will include service roads on each side of the tracks with pedestrian and bicycle paths.
Aim of monitoring:
Compare the monitoring results with theoretical hypotheses control of the bridge behaviour during construction, testing period, and life span. Verify the uncertainties of bridge design, increase know-how for future projects by integrating monitoring in bridge design.
